Processing Time
We process all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

• Free Standard Shipping: Applied automatically to all orders of $40 or more (3–5 transit days).
• Standard Shipping: $7.95 for orders under $40 (3–5 transit days).
• Samson Syndicate: Free standard shipping is included with every subscription (3–5 transit days).

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. We will ensure your daily routine remains uninterrupted.
